📋Information on Appointments
Humber’s International Student Advisors and Immigration Specialists provide immigration advice and guidance on studying and working in Canada. They only advise on the following immigration topics:

Booking an Appointment
Appointments will be available from Tuesday, September 2 to Friday, September 19, 2025 from 10:00am-12:00pm
Appointments can be booked one week in advance
In-person Appointments
You will receive a confirmation email when you book the appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment and bring all of your immigration/relevant documents with you. The ISA with whom you have an appointment will come out and call your name when it is time for your appointment to begin. If you are booking to have an immigration application reviewed you must book an in-person appointment (not virtual).
Virtual Appointments
If you book a virtual appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with a Microsoft Teams link to join the meeting; you should join using your laptop. Please join the meeting on time and wait for the ISA to join; please have all of your immigration/relevant documents available to share on-screen or via email if needed. If you are booking to have an immigration application reviewed please do NOT book a virtual appointment; an in-person appointment is required.
Walk-in Appointments
If the pre-booked appointment option is not available (eg. All appointments are booked), we will continue to offer first-come, first-served walk-in appointments Monday to Friday from 2:00-4:00pm in the International Centres at both North and Lakeshore Campuses.
Cancelling and Rescheduling
Your attendance at this appointment will be noted, if you fail to attend your appointment, your ability to book further appointments may be revoked.
If you are unable to attend the appointment, please refer to the email confirmation you received and click on the “Reschedule” button. This will allow you to either Reschedule or Cancel the appointment. Instructions will also be included in the email confirmation you receive after booking the appointment.
